Shipping policy

Shipping policy of Tech4Life Enterprises covers company’s activities related to processing and shipping of all domestic and international orders related to its eCommerce and Direct sales.

1. Processing of Orders:
1.1 All orders of eSteth are processed & delivered within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
1.2 Expedited orders of eSteth are shipped by the next Business Day.
1.3 Sojro orders will take up to four weeks for processing.
1.4 You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
1.5 Delays in processing times may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of the company’s control.

2. Shipping of Products:
2.1 Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- Free shipping is offered for all Domestic shipping on Standard orders in Canada.
- Expedited shipping is charged at $9.95, which may be raised to $14.95 in case of alternate services.
- Company does not offer Local Pickup for its products.

2.2 How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Tracking information may not be available for Standard orders.
- If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tech4lifeenterprises.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

2.3 Shipping to P.O. boxes
- Shipping to PO Boxes is offered if Canada Post service is available.
